tram access helpful staff super clean room
This hotel is near a tram stop. It made access to the airport easy. i found it simple to reach the city center as well. the staff were helpful. the room was super clean, and i enjoyed its design.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The staff members were attentive and always smiling. They were really good too assist with any needs. the manager proved very helpful. it was a good experience with such dedicated individuals.

chic design relaxing aroma attentive manager
the interior design felt modern and naturally chic. i found the aroma throughout the hotel relaxing. i recommend the breakfast, it included a vast selection. the manager was very attentive (he even encouraged me to try new turkish desserts!).
the air conditioning unit seemed to allow only hot air during the evenings, unexpected.

the breakfast buffet featured a diverse array of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and traditional turkish dishes. coffee and tea were readily available, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. i noticed there were high chairs available for families with small children.

clean room superb breakfast great service hot air smoking outside uncomfortable policy
i stayed in a standard double room. the room was super tidy. breakfast service was superb and offered a variety of foods.
the air conditioning unit only allowed for hot air during the evenings. people smoke outside constantly. it was impossible to sleep comfortably with the policies in place. i would not stay again because of this.
